??? Leadership, Change, and Collaboration: Reflections on Germany's EURO24 Journey ?????

I have a confession to make: I'm not a football fan at all. Throughout my life i only watched a few games in the stadium and typically, you will only see me every two years following my national team at a European or World Championship in front of the TV. That's it, when it comes to my interest in regards to football (However i'm a big fan of AFC Richmond! ??)

I recall that when I was growing up, the German national team was on a high, winning the World Championship in Italy when I turned 10. Everybody was excited about german football at the time. However, in recent years, we haven't been that lucky, and yesterday, we lost in the quarterfinal.

Despite the loss, I felt immense pride about the camaraderie within the team, the passion and energy from every player and person involved, and the overall positive mood in Germany while we hosted the EURO24. Our new German coach, Julian Nagelsmann, impressed me the most. He feels almost like Ted Lasso in real life, and his speech this morning at the last German press conference left me with goosebumps.
