2. How well do you really know yourself? Another fantastic article with some always interesting FBI tie-ins from former agent LaRae Quy: How Authentic Leaders Make a Greater Impact with Greater Self-Awareness. Love this quote from LaRae: "Ignorance of your competition makes you vulnerable. Ignorance of yourself makes you stupid."?
3. ?Medium is increasingly a go-to site for great writers/thinkers and those of us interested in soaking up ideas. They have a free signup option and a paid subscription model. It's worth sharing your e-mail address to gain the insights of Roger L. Martin, the former Dean of the Rotman School of Management and one of my favorite strategy thinkers.
