In this episode of the Everyday Leadership Podcast, I'm joined by Samuel Brooksworth . Samuel founded Remoteli and currently serves as its CEO. “We [men] don’t have it as difficult as black women… When I see some of the experiences of black women in workplaces, especially what my wife goes through… I don’t know how black women do it, because if some of the instances that I've seen my wife especially got from work if I was to go through it, I'd have snapped a long time ago.”

“My definition of leadership is individuals who can inspire people to work with them and to help push in a common direction. And great leaders are individuals who can raise people to be able to take over from them if they're not around. For me. that's great leadership.”
