Questions to be consider before engaging Jesus as your leadership role model , teacher and coach.

Does Jesus have any practical knowledge or ecxperience in dealing with the types and issues I face day to day in my leadership roles ? ( YES / NO)

1. Establishing clear vision and values

2 Communicating in a multicultural environment

3 Dealing with imperfect people

4 Handling turnover , betrayel and lonliness

5 Addressing training ,development and delegating issues

6 Handling rejection , criticism and opposition

7 Undergoing constant scrutiny and testing of committment and integrity

8. Experiencing constant conflicting demands on time , energy and resources

9 Handling fierce competition

10. Being tempted by instant gratification , recognition and misuse of power

11. sacrificingself for service to others
