I'm sneaking in between newsletter flow to share some exciting news about a new venture that’s close to my heart. After two decades of working with incredible teams at Total Group, I’ve embarked on a journey to help leaders transform their communication and performance through the Altitude Coaching programme.

Why Altitude Coaching?

Altitude Coaching is a 12-month group coaching programme designed to help leaders master and apply powerful GiANT leadership tools. These tools are practical, easy to remember, and have been game-changers for many. The programme focuses on fostering intentional behaviour and leadership worth following.

For this first cohort, I am specifically looking for leaders and emerging leaders in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) sector. If you’re an MSP leader or know someone who is, this is a unique opportunity to join a small, dynamic group of just 8 members. We’ll meet for one hour, once or twice a month via Teams, exploring the leadership tools we've learned and sharing insights on how we've applied them in our businesses and lives.
