Leadership beyond CEOs, Executives and Entrepreneurs

For a company, for a team, for the individual and for the world to be highly “successful” in the current dynamic environment, everyone must evolve into a new paradigm of conscious teamwork and personal leadership.

There are nine skills to develop. The first of these is:

1. Alignment in shared goals and vision

The team members have consciously created shared goals and align them with their personal goals. Everyone understands the purpose of their work (their “why”) and how it aligns with the team, the vision of the company and it's impact on the community and beyond.

It's not what you think, its WHY you think it!

It's not what you speak, its WHY you speak it!

It's not what you do, its WHY you do it!

It's not what you see, its WHY you see it!

WHY matters more than what... yet most of our lives we seek, strive and struggle to "do". We are taught and conditioned to think it's what we "do" that matters rather than "why" we do it. On the frequent roller coaster of doing and doing, we lose sight of who we are being. Who you are being is your "why". This is the reason behind every thought, word, action, inspiration, interaction, smile, gesture, work, relationship, friendship and your self talk.
