“Why are we doing leadership training, none of us have “leadership” jobs?”
Recently we have been providing our “Strength In Leadership” skills training program to a team of Massage Therapists and Wellness professionals. They asked me that same question. It comes up at some point with most of the companies and teams that we work with.
