+10K connections in LinkedIn, to thank I share Leadership advices during my first interview by Octavio Molina Nava (Tsinghua scholarship student)

When you believe that positive attitude can cascade and providing good examples, can create a rippler effect multiplying the results then you act hoping your believe may become reality

I had the opportunity to influence first my brother then my son and now I learned that one of our most bright young minds in Mexico, a kid who got scholarship in the Tsinghua University, (top of Asia and one of the tops in the world for the Applied Physics)

He asked me to participate in an interview to share part of my own knowledge, so I could speak about life, attitude, life pillars and pieces of wisdom life has thought me, I humbly accepted his invite and during this interview I shared what time and space allowed me

In the process I speak about continuous improvement and I thank the words that I received from former NA Operations Director Jesus Molina, from NA Ricardo Gomez Wang they do not know how they two connected and strengthened my belief
