  • Do you work with leaders who say they are committed but then don’t follow through?

  • Do you wish there was a way to have leaders hold themselves and each other accountable?

  • Are you sometimes frustrated to the point of feeling burned out with the effort it takes to get results?

If, yes, then I do hope you join us!? Get the Details Now!?

What Lack of Follow Through Looks Like?

Even though the senior team may outwardly agree change is needed, verbally support your initiatives in the board room, and even on paper commit to the actions assigned to them, there are a number of ways senior leaders end up dropping the ball. Here are a few:?

  1. Lack of Accountability: Senior leaders may not have clear lines of accountability for specific actions, making it easier for them to neglect their responsibilities.
  2. Changing Priorities: Shifting priorities can cause senior leaders to deprioritize HR initiatives when other critical issues arise.
  3. Insufficient Resources: Inadequate allocation of resources, both in terms of budget and personnel, can hinder the execution of HR initiatives.
  4. Lack of Understanding: Senior leaders may not fully comprehend the importance or details of the HR initiatives, leading to a lack of commitment.
  5. Time Constraints: Overloaded schedules and demanding workloads may prevent senior leaders from dedicating time to HR initiatives.
  6. Personal Agendas: Sometimes, senior leaders prioritize their personal agendas or pet projects over HR initiatives.
  7. Pressure from Stakeholders: External stakeholders, such as shareholders or investors, may exert pressure on senior leaders to focus on immediate financial goals, which can distract them from HR initiatives.

Have you experienced any of these? It's enough to drive you into full-fledged burnout, no?
