Now, what if I told you that figuring out what to do, how to do it, and when to do it are not as important as figuring out why.
Learning how to do something is very important. After all, you need to know how to do things for you to get better at them. This is crucial for success.
Just as important as these considerations may be, until and unless we can wrap our minds around purpose, we’re just are basically spinning our wheels.
Why They did not let a big sense of purpose motivate them?
They don’t even have an idea what this purpose is. Believe it or not, we all have a purpose if we are willing to look for it. You were put on this earth for a reason.
Last time I checked, this has nothing to do with any of the mundane small stuff in life.
A purpose is the big stuff.
Those are the questions that speak to purpose. I’m not just talking about you impacting your family because everybody does that.

I’m talking about something bigger. Unfortunately, many people lose sight of this, and that’s why they do not have the proper level of motivation needed to achieve the big things in life.
They cannot achieve a state of flow because they’re not properly motivated. The worst part of all of this is that they only have themselves to blame.
Do yourself a big favor.
Sure, you might have a lot of passion and energy on a day-to-day basis. Don’t expect that level to remain solid. Eventually, as doubts and a sense of helplessness about your routine creep in, your daily level of passion and energy slowly declines.
You might not even notice it at first, but eventually, it will show up in the worst way possible you will be able to tell through your reduced output or your degraded output quality.
Don’t let this happen.
Be the leader people want to follow,
