Off the back of my last article on qualities and traits of leadership in gaming, I was asked to talk to a business for a new article and one of the questions they asked got me thinking.
If leaders were looking at what they wanted in their leadership teams, what traits should they be looking for now?

So I decided to try and remember what I said - not easy - and put them down for all you leaders out there that are constantly looking at what or who is next
While it's difficult to identify individuals who will emerge as new leaders in business, there are some identifiable trends and qualities that future business leaders should have, in my opinion. Here are 10 key aspects to consider when looking as I like a round number and a good list too!
