Leaders Talk to Themselves

The end of the year is near and although technically there is little difference between December 31st, 2024 and January 1st, 2025, it does offer a good opportunity for us to talk to ourselves.
To evaluate 2024. What went as planned, what didn't, what surprised us, and what had us looking for the escape hatch. We can also use this time to talk to ourselves about 2025--what do we want, what will we create, and how we are going to take care of ourselves.
Leaders take the time to look at their work and their lives strategically--because in the end, they want something more than business as usual.
In thinking about this idea with some of my clients this year, I created a 1-page PDF "Year in Review" document that can act as a journal prompt for you. I'm happy to send it to you if you make a comment here on LinkedIn or send me an email at [email protected].
Wishing you a Merry Christmas and happy holiday season however you celebrate. I for one am going to rest, relax, reflect, and ski!
