  • You, the leader, must turn your company (or bit thereof) into a Commedia dell'Arte of Excellence - where Amazing Stuff is always being initiated. Most of which you are unaware of.
  • Find Heroes & Heroines. Do Demos. Tell Stories.
  • If you want the story to be about change ... well, then, you need to change stories
  • A good leader asks one question: GOT ANY GOOD STORIES?
  • He/she who has the best story wins (What's your story?)
  • Some people look for stories about things that went wrong and try to fix them. I look for stories about things that went right and try to build on them
