Leaders Need To Make Decisions That Are Black Or White, Not Grey

During the last 3 months, a significant part of the private industry has been in turmoil for something completely out of their control. To lead through the road back, leaders need to be bold and ensure they are very clear in the messages they send and actions they take.
When I say you need to be black or white, it’s not at all suggesting that you blindly take a position and move for the sake of choosing a path.
Everything in life has some grey areas but in today’s business environment, we simply cannot afford it. To make leadership calls without grey means you need to keep asking quality questions until there is no grey, and then align your organisation behind you with clear context and aspiration.
