According to a report by British Council Pakistan, there is still a lot less representation of women in leadership roles. In fact, the majority of both females and males believed that equal representation of both genders in leadership roles was absent, with mostly men leading organizations in Board of Directors and C-Suite positions.

Women are a symbol of unity and oneness. They are essential and very much pivotal to the success of a family. They keep everyone together. They keep the unity and maintain the love. Every member of a family can have a diverse mindset, a different way of thinking, and a different perspective. To unify these different minds is an amazing skill indeed. In the ever-increasing trend of globalization, there is a great need for leaders who can work as well as unify people in working effectively together as a team, DESPITE having a different way of thinking, varying cultures, beliefs, norms, etc.
Self-owned and great leadership qualities like compassion, patience to listen to others, giving importance to the personal development of the employees, and possessing a democratic approach to solving complex problems make women a preferred choice for leadership amidst diverse groups. These qualities help the women leaders unite diverse groups together for the betterment of the organization.

Encouragement and Motivation
Women leaders can serve to be great source of motivation and encouragement for not just boys but girls as well. We all are aware of the hardships that women have to face in Pakistan in becoming leaders. They face societal pressure when they try to pursue leadership careers. They indeed have to struggle a lot to stand as one of Pakistan's top-performing women leader. Though this does make them great role models for many other women who cannot find the strength within to chase their dreams.

As mentioned above that there are still very less women in Pakistan that are given the chance to become leaders. Now imagine if many women are encouraged to become CEOs, Managing Directors, Entrepreneurs, and many more. Who knows what amazing ideas women will be willing to share in the organization if they are given the opportunity to do so. It is possible that it will open a whole new world of amazing innovative and modern ideas.
Furthermore, as mentioned above that women leaders can lead to a productive and efficient diverse mind-set teams. It will of course lead to even better ideas from amazing diversified team. Who knows, these ideas can lead to our national companies become multinational, that are adjusted to a multicultural context.
Women have potential to value Work-Life
A women leader who is married, has to balance her life between her office and home. She of course understands the importance of work-life balance. This will produce a stress free work environment with employees who have a great social life. They will have a chance to spend time with their family and work to be great employees. Everybody happy!
All and all, leadership has no gender. A great leader can be from among st men and also women. We must stop limiting others in reaching their full potential and let them be all that they can be in pursuing their dreams. If they want to be entrepreneurs then let them AND support them.
