The market is full of noise right now.

Everyone vying and competing for your attention: download this, watch this, listen to me talk about that.

But the conscious and aware leader is unmoved.

He realizes that ultimately there is NO competition accept in ONE place; and one place ONLY.

The only competition you'll EVER have, is the competition between your disciplined and your undisciplined MIND.

Please read that again and let it sink in.

Leaders don't compete. They create.

They don't go after the masses and everyone. To go after the masses is to be lost in the masses, and to impact NO ONE!

No one who was normal EVER made history. Never have. Never will.

No one EVER asked Jobs for an iPad or iPhone; and he didn't hold a focus group.

The leader and master disciplines his OWN MIND, stays in flow, looks for the MINIMUM VIABLE AUDIENCE, the movers and shakers and forward free thinkers (that's a small percentage of people by the way).

He keeps his focus on creativity, value and CREATING and OWNING and LEADING his OWN market.

He practices SELF-LEADERSHIP FIRST; and resists the temptations of listening to the inner voice of lack of discipline and self-doubt.

And thereby in his victory, maybe, just maybe, he changes the world.
