  • Anders Liu-Lindberg, Copenhagen (Published) - Anders is a volunteer Director for PACE, and is a?Leading advisor to senior Finance and FP&A leaders on how to succeed with business partnering. He is a co-founder for the Business Partnering Institute and he shared part of his professional journey, some sage advice, and also how to breaking free of the daily finance grind now and for the future by becoming a business partner.

Prashanth Southekal, DBP-Institute

  • Prashanth Southekal, Canada (Published) - Prashanth leads the Data Analytics interest Group for PACE, is the founding member and principal of the DBP-Institute, and also recently published his 3rd book “Data Quality: Empowering Businesses With Analytics And AI”. We talked about how business analytics and AI support accounting and finance, where he sees them going in the future, how the Profitability Analytics Framework is supported by Business Analytics and AI and got some good advice from understanding Pranshanth's business journey to date.

Asif Masani, Coursera

  • Asif Masani, India?(Published) - Asif is a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for Coursera in India. We talked about how the Profitability Analytics Framework supports work in FP&A, trends that Asif sees for FP&A going forward, his new book "All About FP&A", and how he is working toward his goal of helping 1 million people learn about and master FP&A.

Aliyyah Abdulah, Recycling Council of B.C.

  • Aliyyah Abdullah CPA, Canada (to be published next week). Aliyyah holds a management role in the Recycling Council of British Columbia. In addition to her finance responsibilities, she specializes in helping companies with the psychology of change management. She helps each person understand that they play an important role in change, celebrates small wins, and gains the trust of others. She is a big believer in everyone understanding how they are related to and add value to the company strategy. She also shared her thoughts on data security, future trends, sustainability, and more.

Edward Roske, Argano

  • Edward Roske, USA (to be published in April). Edward is the Chief Performance Officer for Argano. With the merger of interRel and 13 other companies, Argano was formed and Edward found himself more focused on the future of finance in his company, planning for uncertainty, and how to improve performance. He also recently earned his degree in data science. Edward shared his journey with technology and finance, writing books about the same, where to start when implementing the PACE Profitability Analytics Framework, scenario management, AI, and his view of trends for 2023. He also shared the Argano implementation of CRAFT (Consolidation, Reporting, and Financial Transformation) and how it relates to the PACE framework.
