Leaders are born, not made ?

Reflecting on my journey from a 'born leader' mindset to a 'made leader' reality. While some individuals may exhibit innate leadership tendencies, I have come to realize that effective leadership is a blend of natural aptitude and acquired skills. I have been inspired by many leaders who have successfully developed their abilities through dedication and hard work.

Thanks to my current organization Samsung R&D Institute India #samsung. The 2+ month leadership program at Samsung has been a transformative experience. I have gained the tools and knowledge to become a more effective and empathetic leader. Grateful for this opportunity to grow and develop. Excited to apply the invaluable insights gained to elevate my leadership skills and drive innovation.
