When I won the Apprentice Advocate Award in 2024 at 英国电信集团 , I realised something profound: great design isn't just about pixels and workflows—it's about creating human-centred pathways for emerging talent to shine.
Leadership isn’t something you’re born with—it’s a skill you develop through experience, reflection, and effort.
One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is this: "Find the balance between results and relationships."
As leaders, it’s easy to focus solely on outcomes and targets. But real leadership is about building trust, fostering collaboration, and supporting your team. The stronger the relationships, the better the results.
In the next post, I’ll dive deeper into this balance and share practical advice for aspiring leaders.

1 个月I am looking forward to it Rahul. We get lost a lot of times focusing on outcome but leaving the foundation shaky. Building trust is an essential foundational element that cannot be ignored.
