Few leaders transcend their mentorship and create leaders with their phenomenal style of communication.?

Not only do they create great leaders but they also build mindsets that are pivotal in leading and building new innovations, at times altogether newer industries.?

Since my early childhood, I was inspired by one such leader - Robin Sharma.?

Over time, my constant exposure across his work developed an inspiring, motivated and resilient mindset.?

In life, one possesses the potential to develop well balanced approach for personal growth in the domains of health and profession.?

In order to live a wholesome life, where our true potential is expressed and becomes pivotal in developing peaks in our personal & professional life - requires a mindset having traits of patience, resilience, optimism, intelligence and inspiration.?

In this beautiful life, every individual can bring out their best versions for creating a broader impact for society.?

And that primarily requires how we see ourselves and develop our mindset. It primarily boils down to how we feel about ourselves.?

Having a growth mindset is beneficial for personal growth as well as growth of our community, team, family and immediate friends. Over time, it translates to broader society as well since we are able to bring out the best in ourselves as well as help people recognize and develop the best in them.?

His role has been pivotal in developing a mindset where the confidence to create innovations, to turn pain into practice for greatness, to turn negativity into an arena of optimism, to turn fear and doubt into peace and safety speaks in its truest sense.

When we created Ador, we were creating a brand. A brand whose values translate into product and all decisions for a greater good of youth.

Since how users feel is primarily important.?

Love is one of the best experiences for humanity. And our endeavour to create a peaceful, safe, private, confidential and optimistic brand is utmost important for greater good of the humanity.

All decisions that we have imbibed showcase our values and needless to say, how much hard or painful times we may be facing in terms of global outrage, wars, and diseases - this endeavour in itself is a testament to our genuine efforts in building and creating.

Striving for peak performance especially in innovation, requires taking lots of calculated experiments in sequential priority.?

Having a vision to build a global quality product with frugal resources requires taking conscious decisions and possessing an optimistic mindset to drive execution.?

When we started Ador, it was just a MVP having initial validation from users who created interest based profiles. Over time, the ratio of engagement increased drastically as we kept on improving the product.?

When we started implementing features using first principles, we realised a big gap in increasing connections.?

And that’s where we introduced some of the features that were first of its kind at industry level.?

That stupendously improved the product performance as well as engagement metrics.?

Lately we realised that a team from any part of the world can create global innovation with the right mindset, approach and prioritisation.?

Times were extremely hard when we started this innovative venture with a larger than life purpose. Having seen hospitalizations of parents two times very closely in the pandemic and rolling out the initial experiments at the same time - helped us develop humility and understanding in terms of importance of family, stable mindset as well as resilience in very tough global times.?

The industry which still faces lots of gateways for innovation and development in a youth - driven market helps us in learning continuously and striving for the best.?

Innovating in tough times when there is great stress at community level, societal level and nation level requires close support and contribution of an entire team. It was humbling to learn, work and associate with some of the young and at the same time mature minds who persisted in the face of struggle and ensured roll-out of global innovation.

I tested my mindset and based on my personal introspection, I consider a very far-fetched impact of Robin Sharma’s influence. His leadership style, remotely transcending his teachings and making young leaders’ mindset resilient in the face of adversity needs to be recognized with utmost reverence.?

I owe this mindset and optimistic attitude which developed in the early age of my formative years to the teachings and leadership of Robin Sharma.

My constant association with his work since a very early age has played a vital role in chershing the beauty of human potential, recognizing the same and working with a set of people to bring forth innovation that has the capacity to impact millions.?
