As November comes to an end,?London approaches the busiest time of year, Christmas! Considering the choppy economic waters, we are seeing clients and candidates take a more cautious approach than a year ago. However, critical leadership hires/succession planning are still a top priority for many firms.?
Our Med Tech team has recently spent the week in Switzerland visiting?some of our?key contacts in the Zurich?& Geneva area where we got a pulse check on how some of our newly placed executives are doing.?We also enjoyed a day with a packaging?industry?executive running a workshop with our team on Commercial Excellence as well as some advice on managing stress?and burnout.
Lastly, we can’t forget to mention the beginning of the World Cup... We have a combined 15 nationalities in the company, and we are all?making predictions on?who will come out on top!

We are looking for a candidate for our global packaging client. The position is for a multisite general manager based in the UK.
The client is one of the industry-leading packaging organisations. This exciting role is a turnaround project with a huge emphasis on improving EBITDA across the 4 sites you will be responsible for. This person will have full P & L responsibility and they’re looking at succession planning with this hire.
