The Leader June 2024

Hi there,

Summertime has begun and we are currently enjoying a one-week heatwave in the UK, but in true British style our London office has also seen a lot of rain in June, however, we haven't let this stop us from having a great month!?

Our Co-Founder, Sam Latif took a trip across the pond to scout out the perfect US office and we are excited to announce we have settled on the location of Austin! We can't wait to share more about this. Given the strategic importance of the US for the markets we serve, being able to serve our clients directly in the US means it’s a key milestone for all our stakeholders. Given our packaging practice continues to see a lot of activity we are also planning our networking event to tie into our visit to PackExpo 2024 and will soon share more news on that as well.

We also want to spotlight an interesting growing trend this month, AI in recruitment. The use of AI has become popular in all sectors in the last few years, and we are leveraging this with many of our consultant's administrative tasks. We will also shortly be launching a new season of our podcast called 'Spotlight Sessions' with an episode focusing on how AI is effecting our industries.
