I love the concept of Radical Candour and you can use the framework as a compass to guide your conversations to become more productive – but only if as a leader you REALLY CARE.

The mature, confident and empowered leaders will not be held back by those who are only able to rely on obnoxious aggression, manipulative insincerity, or ruinous empathy.
