Chevalier College , a co-educational Catholic secondary school in Burradoo, New South Wales, was established in 1946 by the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart. The Leader of Digital Technologies and Innovation mentors and supports teachers in building their capacity to use digital technologies to improve teacher practice in providing effective and differentiated instruction for all students. The primary objective of the Leader of Digital Technologies and Innovation is to facilitate the seamless integration of digital technologies and applications into the daily instructional and learning practices of all teachers.

Key Selection Criteria

• Ability to lead and implement strategic digital innovation initiatives aligned with the College’s vision.
• Experience in mentoring and supporting teachers to build digital skills and integrate technology in teaching.
• Strong ability to collaborate with senior leaders and staff to foster a culture of collegiality and reflective practice.
• Commitment to promoting healthy digital habits and responsible use of technology among students, families, and staff.
• Experience in contributing to IT policy development and managing the implementation of technology infrastructure.
• Commitment to Catholic Education and active support of Missionaries of the Sacred Heart values and ethos.
