Leader Amongst Leaders

Leader Amongst Leaders

This past week I spent 3 days at the immaculate Mar-A-Lago with host Patrick Bet-David and 300 CEO’s / Leaders across industries and from around the world for his 4th annual Sales Leadership Summit...?

From the venue to the community to the content – it was historic.?

For those of you who missed out, I wouldn’t make the same mistake and miss out on the opportunity to attend Patrck Bet-David’s Vault Conference 9/4 - 9/7.

Pricing goes up May 1st! / Comment below or DM me Vault for details

However, if you are a business owner and did miss out on the Sales Leadership summit, here are 3 valuable topics for you to integrate in your company and leadership:

What You Must Recognize in Order to Retain Talent

  1. People want to be compensated properly for their efforts.
  2. Outstanding performers want to participate in the success of the company.?
  3. People want to know that they’re part of an organization that is making an impact.
  4. People want to be recognized in front of their peers for the work they do.
  5. People want to know that there’s an opportunity for them to grow within the company.?
  6. People want to be judged based on a clear set of expectations given to them without the goalposts constantly changing.?

5 Questions to Ask Yourself to Communicate Properly with Different Individuals

  1. What makes this person tick?
  2. How does this person want to be loved?
  3. What makes this person feel appreciated?
  4. What’s the most effective way to show that I care?
  5. What action will best “land” on this person?

"People need to believe you care before you can drive them" - PBD

PBD Business Principles

  1. Never compromise our non-negotiables
  2. Micromanage until there is trust
  3. What brought us here won't take us to the next level
  4. No one has one hundred percent job security, including the founder or CEO.
  5. Create positive peer pressure by challenging one another.
  6. Beat your prior best.
  7. Treat the company's money like it's your own.
  8. Be radically open minded but not easily persuaded.Fight any temptation to lower expectations and standards.
  9. Create an environment where your team is taken care of financially.

For anyone who attended this event, it became obvious how Patrick was able to go from a sales person, to a sales leader then a CEO where he started with 1 office and 66 agents in 2009, to 200+ offices, 49 states, 50,000 agents and exiting for over $250,000,000.

He is a leader amongst leaders.?

What are you doing to take your company to the next level & level up as a leader?
