Lead Your Niche Or Get Table Scraps

Lead Your Niche Or Get Table Scraps

We’re a month into 2018 and it’s time to consider a few things.

People are already trying to get out of gym memberships and have forgotten their resolutions for the new year.

But you and I are different…we want to see our businesses expand in 2018. Real measurable growth!

What would it mean for you and your family if your business doubled this year?

It would be huge for me, as I’m sure it would be for you.

And that’s exactly why I’m working this year to build niche leaders.

You see, the leaders in any niche enjoy many benefits.

They get an unfairly large number of #leads.

They get an unfairly large number of #referrals.

They get an unfairly large number of #sales.

In any industry, the #2 player is usually not close behind. They are fighting for table scraps with everyone else.

And, what I’ve learned, is that it’s not that hard to be the niche leader if you know what to do.

I’ll even give you the 30,000 foot summary.

1) Carve out a #niche. (Probably some area of your business that is the most profitable and you enjoy the most.)

2) Make up your mind to go narrow and deep in that niche.

It’s not hard, but almost no one does it. The “make up your mind” part is the hardest thing you’ll have to overcome.
