My Transformation:?This year I joined four mastermind groups of fellow entrepreneurs. My intentional choice to work with some of the greatest mentors on this planet transformed my approach to business, how to coach and how to do life. The shared wisdom and support I've found there have been instrumental in navigating my biggest challenges of the year. And being in network with like-minded people - that's priceless!

My Story: It wasn't until this year that I truly realised why I love being a trusted advisor and coach. The realisation hit me like a bolt of clarity—I am doing this for myself (my mental and physical health), for my daughter, and for the opportunity to serve other female leaders in our life sciences industry who are ready to break free from their chains of limiting beliefs.?This insight fueled every action I took in 2023.?
