Lead, Serve & Sell

Lead, Serve & Sell

Today, I want to share with you the problems you are going to solve for yourself and your organization, based on the current scenario. My mentor taught me this important lesson - Urgency > Importance. Always solve an urgent problem.

We have been told for long that we should always focus on important issues before they become urgent. The challenge here is that the important tasks do not bring the proficiency that urgent tasks bring in a professional because we all do important tasks as daily routine. Our mind is used to them and hence they do not bring any excitement. The mind knows what's going to happen at the end of the mundane daily work. Hence, a bit of uncertainty keeps the excitement and energies high whereas the stability brings boredom. Though the level of certainty and uncertainty required by individuals will be different for different kind of people as they possess different values or different level of same values.

Now the question here is, how to keep the physical energy levels high and be in the highest state of mind everyday? One of the ways is to make the important tasks urgent. For example, you have been thinking to learn a new skill or join a course that you have been procrastinating for long. You know that it is going to help in your career growth and improving overall quality of life. Give yourself a deadline and start working on it. If that doesn't work, announce it to the world and then your mind will keep you hunting to finish the goal. If, even that do not work, reach out to somebody who can keep you accountable for your own task. Once you achieve success in the achievement of your goal, you can help out others in doing the same. When you have become a thought leader, people will be more than willing to give you position too, as they will be willing to buy your success story.

This way you can lead, serve and sell your product. Mind it, you are a product too when your work is impacting others.

I was able to publish my first book within a Fortnight which I was procrastinating since many years, following the same system. I followed the same system while writing my part in the book, which can be seen in the given picture, and is going to be published on 5th September 2021.

Every challenge brings opportunity with it. Find out how you can tap into the massive opportunity which is available right now: Lead, Serve & Sell!

You need to establish Leadership in your market, your organization and make people understand that you're right now willing to serve them, to do the most important things that will secure their future despite what's happening right now.

Only after you can lead and serve them, you can ask for a sale.
