Role Overview:

P99soft is seeking a talented Salesforce Developer/Architect with extensive experience in Service Cloud and a strong background in architecting and refactoring Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically working on Service Cloud, along with hands-on expertise in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Custom Objects, Workflows, Triggers, and Jobs. Additionally, proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Framework and relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer/Architect) is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Service Cloud implementations.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
• Implement best practices for Salesforce development, including security, testing, and deployment strategies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance and recommendations.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation and optimization.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on Salesforce.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working specifically on Service Cloud implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Custom Objects, and Workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Framework and Lightning Web Components.
• Salesforce Certified Developer/Architect certification is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to architect and refactor complex Salesforce applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Nice to have: Understanding of modern UI technologies and frameworks like AngularJS, React, AJAX, and Bootstrap.
