Lead qualification chatbot advantages and how to use it

Every customer has different needs and tastes.

It is important that you know what they are looking for and what need they want to fulfill so that your sales team knows how to interact with them.

There are several ways to get to know your customers.

If you have a physical store, they can approach you and you can ask them what they need.

But, if you have an e-commerce or do not have a physical store, you must keep up with new technologies and be present in the most used digital channels.

The problem

A website is one of the digital channels used by companies. There you create a web form in which you ask for the data of your potential customers and ask them about their interests.

However, forms have the following disadvantages:

  • They are static and do not give any kind of immediate response or interaction with the user.
  • Many users abandon the forms before completing them.
  • They are exclusive to web pages, so you lose customers who want to use other channels.
  • Forms tend to be boring.

After doing some research, you discover that there is a ready-to-use chatbot template for WhatsApp at WOZTELL that collects this data conversationally: name, e-mail, likes and needs with questions with answer buttons.
