E: Engage with Empathy

Empathy means understanding how others feel. Leaders who connect with empathy make people feel safe, supported, and respected. When you engage with empathy, others feel like they belong.

Ask yourself: How can I show empathy today? Can I put myself in someone else’s shoes?

A: Act with Authenticity

Be real and true to yourself. Leaders don’t need to pretend or use fake promises. Acting with authenticity means you lead from the heart, and people trust you because you’re genuine.

D: Develop a Fun, Safe Space
