Lead by Example

How many times a day do you question your self worth? Thinking to yourself that if only I can have everything I dream about, or everything that you may see other people have. There is a quote I'd like to share with you that may help with valuing yourself and pushing yourself to do well and succeed in obtaining the things you dream most about.
"You may think the grass is greener on the other side. But if you take the time to water your own grass it would be just as green." - Henry Ford
Pushing yourself to do the things in life that may seem impossible, only creates new possibilities for you to achieve. As an example, let's say you have a goal to shift your sleeping schedule and to wake up at 5:00am or 6:00am everyday, so that you may have more time throughout the day to get more done. Setting the time to fall asleep between 9:00pm/9:30pm, and putting down the electronic device that is dragging you in, will allow for you to create a new schedule and provide enough will power to do what you have always wanted to do. Taking care of yourself in order to grow, being happy not by other people, but by your own willingness to not let anything bring you down. Your own happiness depends on your own mindset. Creating the world you dream about for yourself and implementing the steps in order to achieve your goals.
Everything takes time, so don't worry about whats on the other side. Continue to grow your own side so that you shine brighter than any star in the sky. Self growth = Self happiness. Do what is best for you.
I may work in Real Estate, but motivation and the desire to do well keeps me going everyday. I see the value in anything and everything around me. Trying to put myself in other peoples shoes and to better myself and to understand the situation, and to see how I can help them by helping myself in the process. Every day is a different day, waking up not knowing what that day will hold provides just the right mystery for me to create my own version of a new day. Just keep pushing yourself, even if you're tired, run past that wall however it may be. Continue to move forward so that you won't feel as though you are stuck digging your own hole. Build your ladder.
Another quote that jumps out is "Remember, the darkest nights produce the brightest stars."
When the world may seem as if it is falling apart around you, just remember that it is only temporary. Try to create another scenario that may adjust the way you are feeling, as you can change not only your own mindset, but the mindset of others as well. It is a chain reaction that can be used to better yourself and everyone else.
Empathy In Leadership: There are many different ways for us to create an atmosphere that attracts the right type of people and maintains a possitive daily experience.
Communication: Maintaining clear and detailed communication between you and everyone else. This will open up a flow between you and the people around you.
Motivation: Pushing yourself by creating goals to keep you motivated. Set rewards after you achieve certain goals, this will help you to keep a healthy and on-going cycle.
Delegating: Leading in a way that is by example and not dictatorship. Give others around you the power to join in and offer their skills, that way they feel as if they are contributing and would want to continue to do so.
Positivity: Maintaining a positive attitude even in bad situations. This show that you can see the bright side to any situation and work your way to a solution.
Trustworthiness: Show that you can be trustworthy to the people around you. Be honest and create tasks that you know others can handle. If they can't, the teach them how to. They will learn and you both will grow.
Creativity: Being open-minded and allowing other ideas to flow around the room. Being creative sparks positive ideas, new and improved outcomes.
Feedback: Providing and obtaining feedback whether it is good or bad. Taking in others thoughts so that they can be implemented towards your goals and work on improving them for the better.
Responsibility: Taking responsibility for the actions of others, even though it may not be your fault. Putting blame on others makes them feel undermined and worthless. When you take the blame or tell them that it's okay to make mistake and that you will work with them to fix and improve, will make the other person feel as if you are helping them, while your improving both them and yourself.
Commitment: Sticking with a plan and executing based on your goals. Jumping back and forth won't help you succeed your goals.
Flexibility: Allow yourself to be available for the people around you. Shutting people out will only make it harder for you to grow. Create a flexible schedule so that you can be available for not only yourself, but for the people that matter most around you.
To end this nonsense email, just know that you are worth every penny and every second that you put into yourself. Keep your head up and smile, create your own happiness. You live everyday, you only die once. Make it count.

Aint easy but all those years of working with brokers, customers, management agencies, lawyers and learning from the best in the business about marketing has been priceless information, that I am taking, as this is my own business that I want to succeed in and do well over the limits!
