Lead By Example, First.

Lead By Example, First.

Great leaders, lead first by example, and take complete ownership over everything. They take ownership for all the losses (the failures) and give credit to the team first for all the wins (the successes). When things don’t go according to plan they take ownership over it and re-map the course, and get right back to work.

I believe leading by example and taking 100% ownership over everything are the two most important traits of a great leader. What are yours? Leave a comment below, thank you!
