EMPATHY stems from, Emotions, Mutual Respect , Patience and it requires leadership qualities such as Assertiveness , Transparent & Truth-fullness, Heartfelt and it calls for an action as "Your role" in demonstrating Empathy.

E for Emotions:

It's about being attuned to their feelings, whether they're experiencing joy, frustration, or uncertainty. By empathizing with others' emotions, leaders foster trust and create a supportive environment where individuals feel valued and understood.

M - Mutual Respect:
