3. MANDATORY SKILLS

• Hands-on Expertise: The ideal candidate should have a demonstrable understanding of Node, React, or other modern software engineering technologies. It would be advantageous if they have experience working with full-stack development.
• ITIL and SDLC: The candidate should possess a solid understanding of ITIL service delivery processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This knowledge will enable them to contribute effectively to the organization's service management and software engineering practices.
• Active Development: The candidate should be able to write code and perform code reviews when necessary. This active involvement in development work showcases their technical proficiency and allows them to guide and mentor the team effectively.
• Application Support: The candidate should have the capability to manage incidents from an application support perspective. Their expertise in this area will ensure efficient resolution of issues and the smooth functioning of applications.
