Le Cordon Bleu Daily Digest features at Tasting Australia

During Tasting Australia 2017, participants in the Le Cordon Bleu Professional Food Writing Workshop will be writing stories about events, chefs, winemakers, personalities, dishes and drinks that are featured in the program. 

These feature articles are being published daily on on a Tasting Australia website, Le Cordon Bleu Daily Digest.

The 5 Day workshop, which kicked off yesterday, is being run by former food and wine editor of The Advertiser and now a contributor for national and international magazines, from Australian Gourmet Traveller and SALife to James Halliday Wine Companion magazine and Decanter, David Sly.

Students participating in the workshop will cover a busy program of events and enjoy the chance to interview key chefs, winemakers and identities involved in the festival, as well as visiting media such as Tony Love, national wine writer, News Ltd and Katie Spain, features editor at Newstyle Media and previously the editor of Broadsheet.
