L&D Barometer Q3.
The results are in for the third edition of our Q3 L&D barometer, and as you might expect in the current climate the barometer reading is fair to moderate. We have seen a slowdown in vacancies and a more cautious approach to hiring decisions overall.??

There have been some interesting developments in comparison to Q2. The demand for learning content development design and learning technologies has dropped more than we were expecting, even accounting for seasonal change over the summer months.?
In contrast the demand for sales roles has risen, as companies increase focus on revenue generation.?

As the year draws to a close, we ask members of the L&D community to take part in our annual ?
The survey provides valuable insights into the industry, looking at changing job roles, remuneration, and job satisfaction. It also identifies trends and looks ahead to next year.??
Last year we said “The combination of high demand for certain skills and experience within the industry coupled with a subdued economy means that 2023 will prove to be another interesting year” so we are considering ourselves to be fortune tellers!??
This year’s survey also includes a few new questions about preferences around hybrid working and opinions on the rise of AI.??
