LBM begins management of Parkville Retail, Parkville, MO

Life Bridge Management (LBM) takes over the management of its second property in the Kansas City area. Parkville Flats Retail is a brand new, 40,000-square foot, Class A retail development. The property is completing its lease-up with amazing local retailers, such as Gusto Coffee, X-Golf Parkville, Boho Brewing, and Plaza Mariachi Mexican.

The acquisition of this property follows the LBM’s recent management addition of The Diamond at Creekside, which is a brand new, 54-unit, Class A apartment community located approximately one mile from the Parkville Flats Retail development.
