A LAWYER’S LESSON
How to Argue your case in the Court?

A LAWYER’S LESSON

Lawyers who are good never argue amongst themselves. They keep the court’s atmosphere cordial and light always. They never use anger or loud pitch to persuade court but rather modulates between the high and lows of the speech.

Remembered are the lawyers whose voices are a pleasure to hear and soothing to mind. One automatically tends to drift more towards the melody instead of the drums. Majority does but exceptions are always there.

Only a convinced lawyer/Advocate can convince the court, whether or not you have a case, irrespective of right vs wrong in your head. Once you accept the brief, live and fight for possibilities not for just justice. Justice may or may not be arrived but advancements/progress can be seen by moving shaking stuff.

Though not an expert or champion of this field but my observations of all the designated seniors of bar is this. It’s ok to ROAR, but know how to hustle as well.

Let the facts be your songs, characters in story be your melody, turning point be your pauses and conclusion be thundering clouds. So that when you finish it off, people should come to you and ask your name like this; Sir, Can I have your card please?

Good lawyers always avoid debate/controversial topics amongst themselves as it can put them off the track.

Argue your case with a script in hand, when to say what, then people will love to believe in your story.
