LAWS ARE NO LONGER LAWS WHEN NOT APPLIED TO BOTH PARTIES.

????????????????????For generations, laws have been put in place to control human morality. Laws come into existence mostly when people multiply and become many. Laws are beneficial if they are followed. Ten people came together and agreed to save money to purchase land. They came up with some laws to govern them. Everyone was supposed to contribute equally at the required time. When money was enough, they would decide through a vote who would be first to receive the piece of land being bought. Signed by both ten, it was made a law, and consequences were outlined for anyone who would violate the law. A long time passed and money was enough for one piece of land. One person went to the treasury took the money and bought the land for himself. The group complained but the treasurer said this man came and said you had permitted him. After some time, another person did the same, and the third person also.? The treasurer became tired and asked himself, will I keep this money while others enjoy it first? The treasurer too took the money and bought a piece of land.

Four out of six had benefited without the group’s approval. So far there had not been punishment. Corruption and deceit had prevailed. The group had said for the sake of our friendship let us forgive one another and stick to our plan. What about the laws we put in place one of them asked? We are reinforcing them from now on, no one is to go against the agreement or the law will take its cause. The process continued but laws were not followed and the cycle did happen again with the four people. Now these four people had added some other laws to former laws. It was a must for everyone to contribute and the group was supposed to do as the four said or else the law would take its cause. The six like many of us ignorantly had to follow the law. They knew it was wrong to go against the law. They believed one day things would change. The four would tell them, don’t worry our fellow members we are going to buy for you a bigger piece of land same as the four pieces of land we have bought for ourselves. You will be on the same level as us as the law says.

Before these six came to their knowledge the four had already dominated and there was nothing they would do, but become subjects. From this story Would you term the earlier agreement that was made as law amongst the ten a law? A law can only be called a law if that law applies to both parties. If some are above the law then it is no longer a law but a barrier towards man’s morality. Laws have proven unworthy in human life and exist to the benefit of a few. Since our conception, there are laws put in place and we are born brainwashed that laws are the only thing that can govern our morality and humanity.? One person is fighting for a right that belongs to him while another is buying a right that doesn’t belong to him. One person is studying hard to acquire academic transcripts while another is buying the same academic transcript. As I have said when laws do not apply to both parties it is no longer a law but a barrier towards human morality. If it’s no longer a law it doesn’t apply to any party hence survival of the fittest is the only way.

That is why I laugh at non-governmental organizations calling themselves human rights. Same in the human rights commissions we have corruption. Human rights and freedom are only applicable when the law is applicable. If law is no longer a law what are the human rights fighting for? This was proven not working a long time ago when the first man existed. Man broke the first law same as the angels broke the first law in heaven. God said Laws would no longer be effective in governing humans again. In Genesis 6:5 KJV, “And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.” From there God came out with a plan of salvation for man. Something that would replace laws. God thought for a while but realized that again a human existing without a law would not be applicable. God decided to come up with a law but in a different way. Laws would be applicable individually and not as a group. Man would follow the law that he has made for himself and made by someone else. Hebrews 10: 16-17, “This is the covenant that I will make with them After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.” These are not my words but the words found in the Holy Bible. I don’t know why laws are written on a piece of paper when the true laws are written in our hearts and our minds. This is what we call morality, and a man is not qualified to judge another man’s morality. Survival is for the fittest and only the strongest survives.

I think you can imagine how laws have deprived us of many things. In our schools, hospitals, churches, businesses, governments, and many other places.

Remember I said when the ten left this situation for a long time they became subjects and slaves. This means going against these four was suicide it was a matter of wisdom a cunning. Time tells when slaves will be free. A slave can escape, he can be freed after serving his time, and a slave can even die. All in all, his slavery will come to an end. If you were in a team of these ten, what would you have done? If I was me, I would have focused on my life and found another way of raising money. Until I was on the same level as the four, I would not have raised my head. I know we face these things daily but we cannot find justice ignorantly because there is no justice to be found. The strongest survive so if our opponents are strong, we hide until it’s the right time to strike.? We fight for our morality and not our rights. Remember laws exist in our hearts and not on paper. Let no one cheat you that he will fight for your rights if you give him authority to. Make a decision based on what you feel is right in your heart and not what other oppressors are shouting at you about. Trying to lure you to give them the right to oppress you again like the six people.

The covenant that God is speaking about is made when Jesus Christ dies on the cross and our sins are forgiven. We are no longer justified by law but by grace. Grace is getting something you do not deserve. Also, I can say that grace is being able to do the will of God. Hebrews 10:12 KJV, “But when this priest had offered for all time one sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God, and since that time he waits for his enemies to be made his footstool.” This is the confirmation of the covenant. This covenant is based on individual effort and it requires one man’s decision and not two for the bible says in John 3:16 KJV, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”? When I see humans struggling to uphold laws that will take them nowhere, I pity them. I wrote in one of my articles complaining about the justice system. A sexually immoral judge judging over a rape case. Imprisoning someone for life when the same day this judge goes to sleep with another man’s wife. What is the difference between rape and adultery? or do we not say that, “Hakuna dhambi ndogo mbele ya bwana, thambi zote ni sawa mbele ya bwana.?”

I know some people are not happy with me because I have told them the truth but that is life. The truth always hurts.

The only true law belongs to God and not to humans. People have fought and killed one another because of laws. Generations after generations. What are you fighting for? I am fighting for what is rightfully mine. Up to today, countries are still fighting for what is rightfully theirs. If only we humans were fighting for our morality and survival no harm would have come to us. We would be fighting against wild animals, natural calamities, and the kingdom of Satan. Today I advise you that you need to have this existing in your mindset and you shall succeed. Laws that do not apply to all are not laws and they should not limit your progress. Do what others are doing or find other best ideas that work outside the alleged law. As long as you are not destroying another human being do what you have to do for your success. You will die ugly as a slave primitively taking your unused wealth to your grave if you continue to follow what the world tells you to do. Remember have survival instincts and only the strongest survive.
