Lawn update 3. Next tip, Don't cut too short and add some top soil where needed.

Well a few weeks down the track and its time to mow your lawn but no too short, you want the leaves to be able to absorb sunlight to grow. Some very nice greening is taking place and my lawn is growing well.
Next tip is to add top soil to any patchy areas and spread out so that the grass pokes through. It helps promote strong growth. Don't get your top soil from Bunnings as its just chopped up wood, best to go to a landscape supplier. I get mine from Skippens in Matraville. Water in well.

Its a good idea to mow it every weekend to take the top off and keep the grass thickening up, even it looks like it doesn't need a mow.
