A LAW OR REGULATION FOR THE HUMANITARIAN SECTOR FOR THE ACQUSITION OF GOODS, ITEMS AT LOWEST RATE

I bring to the table this important matter for the any International Humanitarian Organization (IHO).

The Procurement area, is one of the most costly at some point, and it affects of course the budget of any IHO.

I have seeing in different organizations, how budgets are elaborated, of course if you receive a specific donation for a specific project, you have potential prices for the acquisition, of any item needed for a specific item.

There should be a law that should be universal, that will establish that all acquisition of any IHO, all items or goods should be sold with a low percentage of gain (to be determine by type of items). The rate has to be analyze by different sectors. The idea will be that the most should be a low percentage, the best will be without cost, but no one will find interested parties for buying their items or products.

This determination will help any IHO, in their budget, functioning and potential impact, of any action or aid, that could eventually could include more goals, since the costs will be reduced, from the ordinary offer and demand.

It is clearly understood that the position of procurement and functions, have to be really tightly supervised and controlled, to prevent any undo action. Now if the purchase price is lower, there will be less of a potential danger of mismanagement.

The Law or regulation should be applied by all the World.

I am sure there will be resistance to this, since there are always interests, an any seller wants to always gain, but we are talking about Humanitarian Aid.

Some don't understand really the real meaning of a Humanitarian Action and Aid, it is not business, reason why all IHO are registered as entities without profit.

NON PROFIT HOW CAN THAT BE CLEARLY UNDERATOOD THAT IF THEY NEED ANY ITEM OR GOOD, IS NOT DO TO A BEFIT, INSTEAD IS TO HELP THOSE IN NEED.

How can you profit from that?

Well the World in general, seems to be a great market, with some who really enjoy a high profit in sales.

Could there be a benefit with taxes of something else for the seller?

Well that has to be analyzed, but will be important, for all to be incentivized to sell to any IHO.
