February is a busy month with the Lunar New Year, Valentine’s Day, School Half Term, and this year, the start of Ramadan. It's also the time of year when the weather is a mix of beautiful, almost spring days and dark, rainy, almost winter days.

This mix of seasons is also reflected in the conversations we’re having about law firm data and data governance. Some firms are still in winter reflection mode, figuring out what they want to do next to mature their data, some firms are in spring action mode, with new data activities starting to take shape.

Whichever mode a firm is in, the Iron Carrot team has been busy helping shape conversations and actions to move firms forward in maturing their law firm data governance. Data is clearly on many people’s minds as more firms are booked in for our Data Governance Foundation Roadmap process than ever before.
