The Law of Attraction - Your Thoughts...
This is a rather provocative subject to delve into but, it’s an interesting concept which seems to work really well for some and is completely ineffective for others? My question is, why?
We all have that one friend who just seems to coast along in life – everything seems to always work out well for them. They don’t really struggle and when bad things do occasionally happen, they tend to shrug it off and move on without getting affected or unduly stressed.
Then there’s that other friend who seems to constantly struggle – regardless of how hard they work, life just seem overwhelmingly difficult. Their health seems to be always compromised and is directly related to their level of anxiety and worry. Their outlook on life over the years progressively gets worse as does their overall level of optimism.
So, what is the defining factor in both of their lives? It’s rather simple – the law of attraction is at play! You see, regardless of whether you choose to believe in this concept or not – it’s happening and you are ultimately creating your life. The more negative energy you focus on, the more negative energy you will attract. The problem is, we become trapped on a hamster wheel, continually doing the same things and expecting a different result. Life starts happening to you as opposed to you feeling in control of your life.
Okay, but you may be asking, how does one change this behaviour to effectively create a life of your choosing? Well, in my experience - you can’t deceive yourself. The reality is, your thoughts will always dictate how you ultimately feel and your feelings will in effect attract more of the same experiences to duplicate those feelings.
Before you can start "manifesting" that perfect life, you need to do some serious self-analysis to determine which areas you need to develop and improve in order to effectively change your thought processes and behaviour. Without this change, you will once again, be trying to create a new way of thinking, with the same behavioural tendencies you’re always relied upon.
