With over 30 years of experience in both residential and commercial property law, Maria brings extensive expertise in high-value, complex transactions and a pragmatic, client-focused approach.

Maria specialises in freehold and leasehold commercial property transactions, including mixed-use developments, warehouse acquisitions, and lease agreements for landlords and tenants. She also has in-depth knowledge of alcohol licensing, high-value residential property transactions, and leasehold enfranchisement. A member of the Licensing Practitioners Association, Maria has also contributed articles to prominent publications like the Solicitors Journal and New Law Journal.
