A Laundry Hamper Order from NY,USA

Recently, the factory is in a rush to deliver goods. We only have more than 20 workers, so we are too busy. Take some time to check the email, Skype, Whatsapp and other foreign old customers send me messages. I was thinking that customers from Germany, the United States and Europe should have new orders to contact me at this time. Sure enough, check the order information left by the guest. 

On 6th,October ,one customer from USA left a message to me . We have been cooperated about 4-5 years . She said that hi ,you there ?  I replied on 9th,April ,so sorry . A little busy,just check the message .What can i do for you ? How are you ?   Then she replied I need to make an order .
