Simon's inspiration stemmed from his experiences working with BW's Digital Marketing Center. "Through my work with the DMC, I recognized my own abilities and wanted to apply them to help as many people as possible in an unfamiliar environment like digital marketing," he explained. Seeing firsthand the impact effective digital strategies could have on businesses solidified his entrepreneurial aspirations.

About his Venture

At RS Marketing Solutions, Simon handles every aspect of digital marketing - from social media management to search engine optimization and email campaigns. This one-stop-shop model enables him to offer the expertise of an entire marketing team at a lower cost point. "It is a full-service agency where I can provide the work of a full team for a lower cost than the average freelancer or agency," he stated.

While the launch of his LLC was a crowning achievement, Simon's entrepreneurial journey hasn't been without its hurdles. "Gaining clients and staying persistent" emerged as one of the biggest challenges. However, Simon remains driven, and motivated by a desire to grow alongside the businesses he supports.
