Good write-up Jeremy! There are a lot of risks for non-technical founders trying to launch a SaaS offering. What is your advice to non-technical folks so they don't end up with a product that never launches and a hole in their pocket? Many, if not most, non-technical folks don't understand the importance of requirements, let alone validation and product-market fit. Too many build things hoping an audience will see the value instead of building things people actually want. That's not even getting into the pitfalls of putting all of your faith into technologists, expecting for them to just magically make them the next Tik Tok.
