Launching our proprietary o2h PROTAC Toolbox?
o2h discovery
A Contract Research Organisation which has an integrated drug discovery platform in Ahmedabad, India and Cambridge, UK.
It's here! o2h discovery is launching its proprietary o2h PROTAC Toolbox? ?
We have designed and synthesised over 100 PROTAC building blocks which is customizable for a quick JUMPSTART in the design, synthesis and testing of novel Protein Degraders.
Our expertise in PROTAC synthesis and testing...
o2h discovery (o2h) is a fully integrated Anglo-Indian medicinal chemistry CRO, supporting biotech companies in the design, synthesis and testing of novel?PROTAC molecules?for about 10 years with collaborators in Boston and now, across the world.?We have a customizable?PROTAC ?toolbox? kit of 100+ monomers, including various linkers, ligands and necessary controls. They can provide significant therapeutic potential with possible prolonged pharmacodynamics, improved potency, and ability to target proteins previously thought of as “undruggable”.
Our clients will be able to access our “nuts and bolts”, and spacers, for a quick jump start with the design, synthesis and testing of novel degrader molecules. Our chemistry service offerings are?located in Ahmedabad, India and these degraders can then be further characterised for their biological activity in Cambridge, UK?or?Ahmedabad, India.
Client Testimonial,?Dr Julian Blagg, VP, Drug Discovery, Neophore
o2h has been supporting Dr Julian Blagg, VP, Drug Discovery at Neophore for?several years, Julian has immense medicinal chemistry experience having earlier led the Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) Drug Discovery team for over a decade.?Julian has shared his thoughts and experience of working with the o2h team below.?

We are exhibiting our capabilities at the?Protein Degradation & Targeting Undruggable Congress?between?19-20th September, in Basel, Switzerland; and?Discovery on Target?between?25-28th September, 2023. We are happy to present our capabilities and facilitate faster problem solving for your research programs.
