In 2023, I embarked on a new journey, officially launching Raya .

At Raya, we support Founders, CEOs, and Executives with product and go-to-market strategy, improving internal processes for successful execution, and recruiting top talent.????

Given that we’ve been operators ourselves in the past, our strengths go beyond putting a sound strategy in place that leads to building multi-million dollar businesses; we have the expertise to execute those plans and build teams that can deliver on those strategies.?

Why did I decide to build Raya?

There are two main reasons that I decided to embark on this journey:

1. I repeatedly observed that companies spend millions of dollars on their product and go-to-market motion and are still struggling to design the right product for the right customer. I wanted to bring my decade of experience and learnings to more Founders, CEOs, and Executives. After building dozens of products and services -- some of which scaled to millions of users and billion-dollar businesses and others that failed -- I wanted to use my knowledge to help others be capital-efficient while building great products, prevent common pitfalls, and build scalable products and businesses.??Building great products that have high demand is half art and half science. We bring that art and science to our clients. Our clients who don’t have a product and/or marketing background or are going through the journey of building innovative products and technology-based companies for the first time have found our offerings exceptionally valuable.??????
2. I witnessed so many Founders and CEOs struggle to hire the right Product and Marketing leaders. These roles are one of the most critical hires. Yet, they continue to be one of the toughest roles to hire, with the highest turnover. Every wrong product leadership hire will set the company back 6-18 months. Any wrong marketing leadership hire will burn much cash without delivering any ROI. Founders and CEOs come to Raya because we have been in similar roles and intimately understand what types of talent are required to succeed in those roles.????
